The New Ananda Rome Center is born!

On Sunday June 6th, Swami Kriyananda inaugurated the new yoga and meditation center in Rome, via Bisagno 23, quartiere Trieste.
About 100 people crammed into the yoga hall, many standing or sitting on the stairs and in the hallways. The musicians and choir performed, and Swamiji gave a talk, including more stories about Master, and then answering many questions. His presence and blessings were deeply felt and Master’s power was infused into the center.

Roma Yoga Festival

As his contribution to the Festival’s themes of “yoga and the future/traditional and modern spirituality,” Swami Kriyananda will present the original 1946 edition of The Autobiography of a Yogi, the book that has touched and transformed generations of spiritual seekers, and is considered the greatest spiritual classic of our times.
Drawing from the years he lived with the great master, and his 62 years of service to sharing his guru’s message and inspiration with millions of spiritual seekers, Swami Kriyananda will offer insights on how we as yogis can face the challenges of the present and the future and learn how to “stand unshaken in the midst of crashing worlds.”
