Ananda Yoga for Kriyabans
Silent Retreat
Course temporarily unavailable
This intensive 5-day Kriya Yoga course will be a silent retreat which will be held apart from other guests. Breakfast, lunch and dinner in silence too will be as a group together, eating specific yogic food. During this week we will practice much silence, talking only when really necessary.
Our goal is to scientifically intensify our Kriya Yoga through Ananda Yoga methods. The practices will not be difficult, but are suitable for everyone, also for those with little experience in Ananda Yoga.
In this course we will try to plumb the depth of Kriya Yoga with the help of Ananda Yoga, preparing our body and our mind for deeper and longer Kriya meditations – in which our bodies and mind can be still for longer periods of time. We will deepen our love and devotion for Master, will practice the natural bliss of Kriya and will try to get a deeper perception of its inner power.
