MealsThe food preparation is one of the most remarkable things about Somatheram. The fruits and vegetables are fresh, of high quality and expertly prepared. There is a variety of fresh juices, including coconut, pineapple, papaya, orange, and sometimes mango. There is a wide variety of tropical fruits native to Kerala, including over 30 varieties of banana. Keralan cooking is very tasty, with fresh coconut and coconut milk being notably present. There are buffets available for breakfast and dinner, with dishes that are balanced for all three body types. In addition, you can order special meals recommended by your doctor to enhance the therapeutic effects of your treatments. The tour package includes two meals per day, breakfast and dinner.
