Reservations and Payments
You may make your reservation by phone, fax, letter, or email. It has to be confirmed by our reception. Please indicate your arrival and departure dates and times, the program you wish to attend, your preferred accommodation, your address, phone and email. If you need to modify your reservation, please inform us at least one week in advance.
Our reception is open from 9:30-1:30 P.M., 2:30-5:30 P.M. (Sunday 9:30-11:30 A.M., 2:30-5:30 P.M.)
Payments can be made in cash, by Eurocheck, credit card (MasterCard and Visa), Bancomat.
Call us to verify available translations. Courses may be cancelled if there are fewer than five participants.
Daily Fees per Person
The Daily fee includes the following services:
- lodging and vegetarian full pension
- daily yoga, energization, and meditation classes
- morning class on the course theme. Some courses have supplemental fees, which are indicated in their descriptions.
- evening activities on most evenings.

Group Rates
The experience of Ananda is often enhanced by sharing it with friends. More fun, more economic, better for the planet if you all come in one car.
- If you belong to a group and would like to have a special program planned for you (minimum of 10 people), please contact manu@ananda.it.
- If your group would like to do its own program in our facility, possibilities exist at certain times of the year. Contact manu@ananda.it.

Membership Fee
Ananda Associazione is a non-profit association (affiliated with CO.N.A.C.R.E.I.S) dedicated to promoting social welfare through the practices of yoga, meditation, and Self-realization. According to Italian law, Ananda’s programs and hospitality can be offered only to “association members.”
Anyone who supports the ideals of Self-realization, world brotherhood, and physical, mental, and spiritual harmony through meditation, yoga, and service is welcome. Members pay an annual membership fee, valid through the end of the calendar year. The income from Ananda activities is used exclusively to promote the association’s legally-recognized goals.

Ananda is located in the tranquil hills of Umbria, Italy on “Strada Statale 444” between Assisi and Gualdo Tadino. It is the largest retreat center in Europe for Yogananda’s teachings.
